Bhupendra is Development Professional with a multidisciplinary background in Youth development, Entrepreneurship, Sanitation, Education & Disaster Management. He graduated in Zoology and choose development sector while focusing on empathy Equity and equality for everyone. His journey to explore social sector started through the platform of the National Service Scheme (NSS). During his tenure, he worked as a district leader managed youth programs of 24 colleges. He has undergone extensive Disaster management training through Civil Defense, Government of Maharashtra, where he learned and delivered a session on various disaster management programs to various institutes including fire brigade. In 2015 he received “Gandhi Fellowship” wherein as a fellow I spent 2 years in government schools of Mumbai and had developed and implemented School Excellence program, community development program & Principal Leadership program under Sarva Shiksha. Later, joined the Ministry of Drinking water & Sanitation, Govt. of India as a consultant and made 2 districts as an open defecation free in Maharashtra.
Bhupendra’s work has been recognized by many organization in he received many awards by NGOs and government, one of them is Indira Gandhi National Award by President of India at President House in 2012. Currently, he is engaged in multiple profiles with his extensive network of volunteer & Professionals across India. He is the adviser to few NGOs also working as a freelance consultant to Aga Khan Agency for Habitat
Yugandhara Kajare :
Yugandhara is a Passionate young entrepreneur with the passion of bringing quality education has set up her organization named 3E Training and management group in 2013. She is a certified Corporate trainer and NLP practitioner from Winner Pvt Ltd. She is the experienced mentor in Sales & Marketing. Yugandhara is continuing her Grandfather late. D.B Ghanekar legacy who was known for his extensive work for the marginalized community in Ratnagiri. Till date, Yuganadhara has delivered training for the various well-known companies across Maharashtra including Sony Jewelers & Shah Brothers and Saraswat bank.
Mr. Rajan Shamsundar Shelar, Co-Founder of The Resilient Foundation is certified in MS-iosh, HIRA, also holds a Diploma in Fire Engineering & Industrial Safety Management.
He was worked for Fire Life Safety at High Street Phoenix (LP – Mumbai), Jaslok Hospital and Research Center, Mumbai.
He is the Fire Volunteer at Mumbai Fire Brigade and was highly energetic warden with Civil Defence, Mumbai between 2012-2017. During which has worked with MCGM Disaster Management Unit for Search and Rescue, Special Police Officer in 2014 for Election Duty and First Aid Post Duty officer in Mount Merry, Bandra and Ganpati Festival at Juhu Chaupati.
He is also certified with Disaster management trainings like fire fighting, Basic life support, bomb safety, vertical rescue, emergency communication, Instructor Etc, from Civil Defense, Government of Maharashtra and senior professional in first aid by St. john ambulance (india), indian red cross society, New Delhi. He has delivered session on various disaster management programs to various institutes, hospitals, malls, corporate offices etc and also an active participant in State Level Parade Ceremony.
Mr. Rajan has also participated in value added training program ‘Fire prevention, fire safety and operation of all kinds of fixed and portable fire fighting equipment / systems including search and rescue’ at national academy of fire and safety engineering.
Mr. Rajan has been awarded with a membership of The International Emergency Management Society in 2015, also awarded for outstanding work in JHRC. & HSP LP-Mumbai. He is also for appreciated from various colleges, organization for disaster management training.
Hence being an individual with exceptional Disaster management and Emergency communication skills over 8+ years of experience, strives to provide and utilize his education, proficiency, and experience for the betterment of society and environment with his continues and dedicated work.
Ravi Jaiswal :
Ravi is development professional studied development management from Indian School of Development Management. While doing his B.Com., Ravi was volunteering with NSS where he got exposure of various social issues. He felt the need of change in the systems of society and was inclined to join the social sector.
He pursued Masters in Social Work (MSW) from College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan. He also joined, alongside, a fellowship named “Community Connect Fellowship” under Blue Ribbon Movement wherein he selected a community, identified civic issues and solved them by bringing citizens and government together. Through his experience and field work, he has developed good understanding of designing and executing community level interventions. He has been engaged with diverse issues with citizens, helping him to build a deeper understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities. He feels that more and more people have come to believe that collective philanthropy represents a fundamentally disciplined and higher performing approach to achieving larger scale social impact
Abhidnya Vartak :
A guick learner and compassionate towards my work. I have Graduated with Aviation and Hotel Hospitality Management. Completed BA with psychology. Worked with the oberoi hotels and resorts. Currently doing Travel consultation and customised tour packages. Trained in Fire Fighting, CBRN, Vertical Rescue, First Aid, Disaster Management and Preparedness. Trained with yogasanas through SSBA. To travel is my passion. she is Pedagogy expert.
Dinesh Mallah :
My self Dinesh Mallah . I like to work in Disaster management and work for the society. I am completing my graduation in Bachelor of commerce in accounting and finance and currently I am a Gandhi Fellow in Jharkhand State.
Ekta is Masters in Management & Hr Professional. She is a Co-Founder 3E group & working as an Associate with TRF. She helped us a lot in our Master trainer program. Also, she is working on our HR policies and other related work.
Roshan Patil :
Roshan Patil is an honest person in the developing sector. He did his Masters in Arts and fire service engineering, advance fire safety engineering Diploma, he served for Civil defense for 10 years and posted as Staff officer for Palghar district in civil defense, Government of Maharashtra.
Roshan also has his interest in the betterment of the environment and kept himself engaged in the various social program.
Ravindra Kudi :
Ravindra Kudi is Disaster Management Professional. Worked at Civil Defence, Government of Maharashtra as Dy Controller for 30 Year. During his tenure he served at some of the important locations including Tarapur (TAPS, BARC) Uran & has also appointed at Civil Defence Staff college, Churchgate He has been awarded by President Gold Medal for his meritorious service towards Disaster Management.
Anant Kajare :

Dayaram Mishra :
Dayaram Mishra is Senior and recognized personality in a social sector he is devoted his service as a Chief Security officer at Security Guard board, Brihanmumbai, an undertaking of Govt Maharashtra. He has received many awards in 1971 he has been felicitating by Controller of Civil defence for his excellent work for complete Mumbai black-out during Indo Pak War in 1980 he has been awarded by former PM of India for his contribution in the social sector.
Currently, he has been serving as Maharashtra Vice President of security union at Suraksha Rakshak General kamgar sena.

Rajan is a Founding Member of Volunteer For India. He is an experienced Member with a Demonstrated history of working in the Public Safety Industry and Social Impact Assessment Consulting. His area of expertise include Community Mental Health, Rural Development, Youth Leardership, Management and Data Analytics along with Sub topics – Self Awareness, Self Reflection, Communication, Difference between Leader and Leadership.
