Sushil Dhangar :

Sushil is passionate about his work, helping others , positive environment.

He is pursuing his graduation degree in BSc-IT from P.L.Shroff College Chinchani. He is working as a intern in our organization from 2019. He assist us in our Disaster Management Sessions. He is an NSS Volunteer..

He conducted a small part of session on Fire safety in our Master Trainer Program L-1

Asif Darediya :

Sushil is passionate about his work, helping others , positive environment.

He is a Civil Engineer by education. Passionate for Disaster Preparedness, Management and Response. Disaster Management was introduced to him when he unwillingly joined a Preparedness training when he was 16. Since then his interest in Disaster Management has increased exponentially. Volunteering in field since 7 years. Has been a part of Disaster Assessment teams during Kerala Floods 2018 and Gujarat Floods 2017.
He is a certified First Responder Trainer by INSARAG (UN-OCHA). He has provided several First Response trainings at community and school level. He is also a certified Incident Commander by JIBC Canada.
And currently he is volunteering with National Disaster Management Authority of India for providing Psycho-Social care and counseling to COVID 19 patients.

Valessa Fernandes :

My self Valessa Fernandes. I completed B.A (Economics) M.A(Economics). I volunteer TRF because I believe that every living being born has a right to live. Some are born fortune while others have their life stuck in the loop of survival and better living. Being associated with a social group would help them uplift their lives through us by being accessible to every thing they hoped and thought was out of reach.

Chintan Panchal :

A B.Com graduate, who is always ready to help the needy, in the best possible way. Was appointed as a senior leader of the NSS unit of the college which had a strength of 300 volunteers. Completed various camps on different themes which includes Rural Development, Water Conservation, Women Empowerment, etc.
Overall attended 14 camps during college time and various seminar on NSE, Rural Development, AIDS & HIV, etc.
Currently working voluntarily for pandemic of COVID-19 with several social groups to reach out the remote slum areas and help the needy families. Still working and self motivated and work is going on.

Parikshit Sheth :

With an ambition of bringing social reforms in education sector, I believe in changing lives through Quality Education. Am Volunteering and Leading at Vairous platforms for social awareness and development. Had been a part of 2 National and 5 State Conferences on Student Welfare and Systematic Redevelopment in Educational Sector. Led the College NSS unit at different levels. While in Student’s Union organised district level Women’s Self Defence Training Programme for Students and successfully trainned 5000+ girls from various colleges. BCom graduate by qualification. Moving forward with Passion & Motivation.

Swapnil Shirsath :

“I dedicated individual with great interpersonal managerial skills, Completed Master’s in Social Work ( MSW). I believes in Impacting Life with Transformation, Enjoying work with passion, loving and exploring rular and urban community with compassion. I have received plenty of National and State Honours and awards while volunteering and leading in NSS at varies level and for social awareness.
I completed more than 290 social awareness session all over maharashtra and out of maharashtra.
I write songs and compose those songs for social cause.
I was appointed as a Captain for international Level lagori championship at bangalore. I actively engaged in various impact and needs assessment program for various social issue.”

Karamveer Singh:

Karamveer, Gandhi Fellow hails from a small family of farmers in Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh.
After Engineering in Computer Science, worked as a Subject Matter Expert (Physics) with CHEGG based in Santa Clara, California.
During fellowship, Me and my colleague Oindrila had run a project “Digital Literacy Program” in 11 schools with the aim of effective utilization of Technology available in schools of Surat,Gujarat. Also introduce a new Mantri in Bal-Sansad i.e “Tech Mantri”.
After 2 years of fellowship I worked with Technology team of KEF where my role was development and training of Android App used by Gandhi fellows & GF alumni.
Currently working in Dream A Dream with Jharkhand govt. officials to embed life skills approach in education system.
Also a Lead facilitator for delivering workshop to teachers and youth on life skills development through creative facilitation and delivering outdoor experiential camps.

Oindrila Ghosh :

Oindrila Ghosh , is a passionate youth leader hailed from Ranchi, Graduate in B.Sc. Chemistry Hons. From Ranchi University. A Gold Medalist at National University of Student Skill Development (NUSSD), TISS Foundation course. Got selected to be part of T.O.T offered by TISS and also served as YLPS (Youth Leadership and People Skills) trainer for youths of Jharkhand. Her motivation to work on leadership drove to work in 2 years of residential leadership transformational program as “Gandhi fellow” in Surat (2015-2017), followed by working as Program Leader in Marketing and Recruitment team to recruit young mindset for Gandhi Fellowship program by Piramal Foundation for Education leadership and Kailvalya Education Foundation.

She likes travelling and exploring new places, culture , people and languages.

Disha :

A part time thinker who doesn’t mind dishing her opinions on days she doesn’t have a Jane Austen novel to read. Disha is also deeply involved with a number of social projects in and around the city.

Isha Kandhway :

Isha Kandhway has joined the foundation as an Intern. Motivated, passionate commerce student seeking to leverage digital marketing skills, Ms- Excel skill, accounting skill, and content writing experience into an experience-building internship. She is a good learner with the ability to work in various environment and completing work assigned on time.

Vidushi Bhardwaj:

Dr. Vidushi Bhardwaj, Intern – The Resilient Foundation. Dr. Vidushi Bhardwaj is dental graduate and currently pursuing MBA ( hospital and health) from IIHMR Jaipur. At TRF Vidushi is working as an intern and helping the organization and creating a content on first aid through her knowledge and research.
