Gayatri Mishra Oleti

– General Manager and a Head Operation @ L & T Public Charitable trust

She manages large scale multi sectoral development projects, bringing private sector, Govt. and civil society together to pursue innovative policy and programmes on social issues and to reach out to the last mile. She has also worked with different states and at national level Govt., and bilateral agencies towards building collaboration.

Her interest is in designing evidence based multi sectoral programme planning to reach the last mile, data analytics/ Monitoring and evaluation, social policy advocacy nudging and influencing policy implementation issues. Building collaboration with corporate, civil society and Govt., to leverage, accentuate programme impact and mentoring NGOs are her forte.

Her major experiences have been in establishing trusts/foundations, designing CSR policies to implement CSR programmes focusing on comprehensive community development projects. She is passionate about deployment of technology for greater inclusion.

ankusha bhardwaj

Mr. Ankush Bhardwaj is a Founder and Director of Pahal, which aims at Youth. Mentorship and Eco- Tourism Community Centre Projects. He has conducted various Livelihood Projects, Livelihood Training, Led & Mentored firm, Collaborated with government nodes and initiated partnership with more than 60 NGOs & private institutions. He is a Gandhi Fellow and has completed various projects in rural areas and also a certified Master trainer in Entrepreneurship Development Program, IIT Gandhinagar. Having had thorough grassroots level experience in managing multiple projects at a national level, he believes that he is well suited when it comes to not just implementing projects but also scaling them up to the levels of sustainability.

srilatha juvva

– Social Work Educator | Professor | Mental Health Researcher | Practitioner Coach

Ms. Srilatha Juvva is a social work educator with a specialisation in Psychiatric Social Work with teaching and clinical practice experience. Her areas of expertise include therapeutic interventions with individuals and families, disaster mental health, and disability. She currently works as a Professor with the Centre for Equity and Justice for Children and Families, School of Social Work and is also a practitioner coach and is also trained in Dr. Monica Sharma’s Leadership approach. She has been awarded the Fulbright Senior Research Fellowship to pursue research in the area of mental health and psychosocial disabilities. Her deep interest is in transforming the narrative of mental illness and disability from that of stigma and leads a life of dignity and well-being and is committed to fostering ethical leadership in people, by sourcing universal values, shifting unworkable norms that produce tangible results.

mr. aloysius (loy) rego

Mr. Aloysius (Loy) Rego is a volunteer/consultant to UNISDR, ACT Alliance, UN Biodiversity Convention, ICLEI, Plan and establishing partnerships with RAED and the Egyptian Red Crescent Society. He has over 40 years of global experience in leadership, development and implementation on humanitarian, disaster risk reduction (DRR) and resilience in development sectors. He began his career in the private sector. He played many roles during his professional journey from becoming a key facilitator of the MARS Practitioners Network to working with Governments, International & regional organisations to serving as an independent DRR and SD practitioner and leading national community safety program as a Joint Director. He pursued Engineering from IIT Bombay and aims at serving people globally with his skills and experience.

Mr. Prusty has a distinguished career spanning over 45 years in Government, Corporate, International Development Agencies and NGOs both national and international. One of his key engagements in recent times is in the area of Technology for Social Good by promoting drones and allied science and technology for aiding the ecosystem of development governance and humanitarian action. He is the founder of D4H (Drone for Humanity) and Co Founder of Sphere India.

rajnikant shorff

Mr. Rajnikant Shroff is known as a social engineer in a multidisciplinary background for his excellent & extensive contribution in the social industry from more than 60 years. He is Chairman of Chinchani Tarapur Education Society and a life member of some of the recognized institutes like IIPA. He is known for his environmental prediction on climate changes and development of the Coastal region. He is also known for his work as a Chartered Engineer in the 80’s. He has also been enlisted in the Directories of UNESCO International Directory, Directory of Indian Specialists & World Futurist Directory. Apart from all this, he had organized many camps and established 6 Institutions to impart education to the needy and poor community. “Don’t be afraid, be the change”, his words are great inspiration for every youth and upcoming generation.

Dr. Rupal Dalal is a Director of Health & Nutrition – Shrimati Malati Dahanukar Trust, Maharashtra (SMDT); Adjunct Associate Professor – Dept of CTARA, IIT Bombay and Pediatric Urgent Care provider at Santa Clara Valley Medical Hospital – San Jose, USA. She is an active member of Maharashtra Medical Council & International board certified lactation consultant. She has initiated many activities such as developing the training of trainers program for pediatric residents, nutritionists and NGOs, Initiated Malnutrition clinic in the largest pediatric charitable hospital, conducted training of RBSK doctors and many more. She has been awarded for outstanding achievement in promoting literacy among underprivileged children at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, USA. Her goal is to train as many health care workers, including doctors, nurses and nutritionists as possible, on infant and young child nutrition in India to make India a malnutrition free nation.

Sudarshan Rodriguez is a development professional with multi-disciplinary backgrounds in disaster management, environmental sciences, environmental economics, policy, and environmental law. He was Programme Director at Mahatma Gandhi Academy of Human Development (MGAHD) a center of the Tata Institute of social sciences, Mumbai located in Nagaland focusing on Livelihoods and Social Entrepreneurship.

He is practitioner coach trained in the Transformational Leadership Frame- the Conscious Full-Spectrum Response Approach developed & created by Dr. Monica Sharma.
