Mr. Rajnikant Shroff is known as a social engineer in a multidisciplinary background for his excellent & extensive contribution in the social industry from more than 60 years. He is Chairman of Chinchani Tarapur Education Society and a life member of some of the recognized institutes like IIPA. He is known for his environmental prediction on climate changes and development of the Coastal region. He is also known for his work as a Chartered Engineer in the 80’s. He has also been enlisted in the Directories of UNESCO International Directory, Directory of Indian Specialists & World Futurist Directory. Apart from all this, he had organized many camps and established 6 Institutions to impart education to the needy and poor community. “Don’t be afraid, be the change”, his words are great inspiration for every youth and upcoming generation.

He started his career in 1998 with UNDP-India, New Delhi as a Programme Development Specialist on their Environment & GEF Programme. He has since then worked in several locations with a range of civil society groups on interdisciplinary aspects of natural resource and environmental management. He has also worked in the area disaster response and management and traveled widely in Tamil Nadu and Kerala and the Andamans at various stages of the tsunami disaster relief and rehabilitation and has also served on multidisciplinary teams for assessment and evaluation of tsunami disaster rehabilitation.
Since 2010, he has been a been at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in the director’s office handling innovative and transdisciplinary projects-TISS-LAHDC Ladakh Project, the Socio and Ecological Stewardship Programme TISS Andaman Nicobar Initiative, National Water Mission -TISS Project , Mahatma Gandhi Academy for Human Development , Nagaland and the TISS Fellowship Programme, whereas a practitioner coach he fosters and mentors young development professionals on leadership, project design, and management for whole systems transformation and cultural shifts. He is practitioner coach trained in the Transformational Leadership Frame- the Conscious Full-Spectrum Response Approach developed & created by Dr. Monica Sharma.

Mr. Ankush Bhardwaj is a Founder and Director of Pahal, which aims at Youth. Mentorship and Eco- Tourism Community Centre Projects. He has conducted various Livelihood Projects, Livelihood Training, Led & Mentored firm, Collaborated with government nodes and initiated partnership with more than 60 NGOs & private institutions. He is a Gandhi Fellow and has completed various projects in rural areas and also a certified Master trainer in Entrepreneurship Development Program, IIT Gandhinagar. Having had thorough grassroots level experience in managing multiple projects at a national level, he believes that he is well suited when it comes to not just implementing projects but also scaling them up to the levels of sustainability.
