He carries extensive experience and understanding on managing legal compliance of the social organization because of his continued engagements with social organization from the past 20 years. He is currently a north star for TRF core team in solving many queries and seeking guidance.
rajan shelar : (secretary)
Rajan is MS-iosh, HIRA certified professional, also holds a Diploma in Fire Engineering & Industrial Safety Management. He has 10+ years of experience in Fire Life safety. He is certified with Disaster management training like firefighting, Basic life support, bomb safety, vertical rescue, emergency communication, Instructor Etc. from Civil Defence-Government of Maharashtra, and senior professional in first aid by St. John ambulance (India), Indian Red Cross Society-New Delhi. He has delivered sessions on various disaster management programs to various institutes, hospitals, shopping malls, corporate offices etc.
Mr. Rajan has been part of the value-added training program ‘Fire prevention, fire safety and operation of all kinds of fixed and portable fire fighting equipment/systems including search and rescue’ at the national academy of fire and safety engineering.
Sudhir Bhandwalkar ( Treasurer )
Mr. Sudhir is an Assistant Professor at MK junior college. He is a Yoga teacher and a founder of Gyan Yagna Pratisthan

Mrs. Madhuri Vartak is a Masters in Psychology. She is working at Kokuyo Camlin Ltd. Boisar since 23 years in HR and Administration. She is also handling the Safety and IT department.

Prabhash has worked with rural communities, knows the socio-cultural & economic aspects of rural Odisha. Has served organizations like SAMEEKSHA and Basix India and worked with the tribal and rural communities of Odisha. He has also worked with Kaivalya Education Foundation managing the School Excellence Program and Fellowship engagements in Gujarat. Currently with Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership to develop partnerships for new projects for the alumni, stakeholder management that involves alumni placement, Entrepreneurship Development, Higher Studies, etc. Prabhash is keen on the areas like youth and women entrepreneurship and comes with 15+ years of experience in the development sector.
Bhupendra Mishra ( Member )
Bhupendra is an enthusiastic development professional and disaster management practitioner. He has undergone rigorous disaster management training programs. He is a Gandhi fellow and his work has been recognized by many organizations. He has received multiple awards including the Indira Gandhi National Award (2012), which was awarded by the President of India at the President House.
Bhupendra belongs to a humble family and once worked in the Amul Factory as a laborer. He barely earned $1.3 a day. ater, He joined the central government of India to work as a consultant, becoming the first member in his family to do so. However, Bhupendra had a different plan. He struggled to sleep when he heard of any accidents. Bhupendra finally decided to quit his job and throw himself headfirst into disaster management and preparedness. Bhupendra aims to spread the culture of preparedness to reduce loss of life and property. He especially wants to ensure that marginalized communities are able to stand back on their foot after destruction wrecks their lives.
